Ark Global Canada

Ark Global's first visit to Canada was in May 2010 and plans to re-visit are already underway.

Michael expresses his gratitude to John Higgins, Chef Director of the 'World Class' George Brown chef school, Toronto and to his magnificent team for the warmth of their welcome whilst speaking at the school.

Michael was a guest at the opening of the $30 million refurbishment of the college. Michael attended a special event evening at the fantastic "The Chef's House" with chef Rob Rainford.

Michael would like to thank Executive chef Mike Picken of the Sheraton Centre, Toronto for his unfailing kindness and generosity whilst visiting Toronto.
