Michael has gladly agreed to return in 2009 and promised to work the kitchen with the students, to stir things up, as it were.





There were also returns to many other colleges throughout Scotland, including Motherwell.

David Aikman, Head of Hospitality and Professional Cookery at the College said: "We believe Michael's seminars are a vital part of the education our hospitality students receive. It's not just about being aware of the potential for a customer's excesses, it's about making yourself aware of the potential for your own."
